Automatically collected: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), analytics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver the services you purchased, provide account support, process billing, and send transactional communications (receipts, onboarding instructions, service updates). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Workspace — email and some document storage
• Anthropic — AI processing of customer service data
• Cloudflare — web delivery and security

Security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Access is limited to Stackwyre personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation for backup and dispute resolution. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
